Want every email to end with a clean, professional sign-off? Enter your name, job title, department, company, phone, mobile, email, website and address, then pick one of eight templates — classic with a photo and rule, stacked, color sidebar, minimal text, card, centered, compact two-line or color banner — and set the accent color, text color, font, size and contact labels. For a photo or logo, a hosted image URL is recommended; you can also upload one to embed, and the tool shows its size and which clients strip embedded images. Add links to LinkedIn, X, GitHub, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and more as text links, pure-HTML letter badges that need no images, or small canvas-generated PNG icons. Optionally add a call-to-action button such as “Book a demo” and a legal disclaimer. The signature is built only from tables and inline styles — no <style> blocks or classes — which is what renders reliably in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Foxmail and QQ Mail. Copy it as formatted rich text and paste it straight into your email settings, copy the HTML source or download an .html file, with step-by-step setup instructions for each client.

## FAQ

### Why doesn’t my photo show up in Gmail?

Gmail and most webmail clients remove images embedded in a signature as data URIs. The reliable fix is to host your photo or logo somewhere public — your website or an image host — and paste its https:// address into Image URL; hosted images display in every client. Embedding an uploaded image works in Outlook desktop, Apple Mail and Foxmail.

### Why does the signature use tables instead of modern CSS?

Many email clients strip <style> tags and classes, and classic Outlook renders mail with the Word engine, which ignores flexbox, floats and much modern CSS. Tables with inline styles are the standard way to build email HTML and display consistently in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Foxmail and QQ Mail. Round photos appear square in Outlook desktop because it ignores border-radius.

### What’s the difference between the three icon styles?

Text links use plain words and are the most compatible. Letter badges draw small colored squares or circles with a letter using table-cell backgrounds, so they need no images and show everywhere. PNG icons are generated on a canvas and embedded; they look great in Outlook desktop and Apple Mail, but webmail may strip them.

### The formatting broke when I pasted — what now?

Use “Copy signature (formatted)” rather than the HTML source and paste directly into the signature editor. If an editor still loses the styling, switch it to HTML/source mode and paste the HTML source instead; for Apple Mail you can also download the .html file, open it in Safari, select all, copy and paste. Gmail caps signatures at about 10,000 characters, and the tool warns you if yours is longer.
