Curves are the most flexible tool in professional editing: the horizontal axis is the original brightness and the vertical axis the adjusted brightness. Lift the middle to brighten mid-tones, make an S-shape to deepen shadows and brighten highlights for punchy contrast, or raise the bottom-left point for a faded film black. Beyond the RGB master curve you can edit the red, green and blue channels separately to shift tones — lifting blue in the shadows and lowering it in the highlights is a classic vintage look. The editor shows the channel's histogram, and curves use monotone cubic interpolation so they stay smooth without overshooting. Apply the same curves to a whole batch of photos.

### How do I delete a point?

Double-click it. The two end points can't be deleted but can be dragged up and down.

### How are curves different from brightness and contrast?

Brightness and contrast adjust the whole image uniformly. Curves can target a specific tonal range — such as lifting shadows without touching highlights — and work per channel for finer control.

### Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser with no network upload, and is discarded when you close the page.

### Do I need to sign up or pay?
