Glitch art imitates what happens when a signal breaks up or a file gets corrupted: the red and blue channels drift apart, horizontal bands tear sideways, blocks of wrong colour appear, and noise and old-monitor scanlines finish the look. Each effect has its own slider, so you can go from a subtle colour split to full cyberpunk chaos. Click Randomise to reshuffle where the tears and blocks land until you like it — the same settings give an identical result in the preview and the export.

### Why does Randomise change the result each time?

Tear and block positions come from a random seed, and the button picks a new one. As long as you don't click again, the preview and the export are identical.

### What is it good for?

Cyberpunk and vaporwave posters and covers, music and gaming artwork, and eye-catching avatars.

### Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser with no network upload, and is discarded when you close the page.
