### Why is the output PNG?

The corners need to be transparent and JPG has no transparency, so results are always PNG.

### What happens to a rectangular image in circle mode?

It is centre-cropped to a square first and then to a circle, so nothing gets stretched.

### Are my files or data uploaded?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser with no network upload, and is discarded when you close the page.

### Do I need to sign up or pay?
