Tilt-shift photography makes real cities look like tabletop models: only a narrow strip is sharp and everything above and below gradually blurs, so your brain reads the scene as a small object shot up close. This tool fakes the effect on any photo. The effect works best on scenes shot from high up with lots of small people and vehicles. Eye-level shots and close portraits end up looking like ordinary background blur.

### Are my files uploaded?
