### Will my text show up as empty boxes?

No. The watermark is drawn to a transparent image with the fonts on your own computer first, then composited onto the video, so every character renders.

### When is a tiled watermark useful?

When you want to discourage re-uploads. A tiled watermark repeats across the whole frame, so it survives cropping.

### Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. Everything runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. Files never leave your computer and are discarded when you close the page.
