Talking-head videos, tutorials and vlogs use punch-in zooms to stress a point, slow push-ins to build tension and Ken Burns pans to bring static shots to life. This tool adds those camera moves in your browser. Drag the box on the original frame to move the framing, drag a corner to resize it, or drag outside to draw a new one; each sets a keyframe at the current time. Between keyframes choose linear, ease in-out, ease in, ease out or a hard cut. Zoom is interpolated in log space so a push looks steady, and the centre is interpolated in screen space so pushing towards a point never swings away first. Optional Gaussian smoothing softens the whole path while keeping cuts sharp. The timeline shows the zoom curve and keyframes, which you can drag to new times. Quick presets: punch-ins at chosen times that hold for a few seconds (or alternate between zoomed and full), a slow push-in or pull-out (optionally towards the current box), and Ken Burns pans in five directions. Keep the original shape or output 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9. Export crops and draws every frame, encodes H.264 MP4 in chunks and keeps the original audio. Your video is never uploaded.

## How to use

1. Choose a video and drag the box on the preview to frame it, or apply a punch-in, push-in or Ken Burns preset
2. Fine-tune times, zoom and transitions on the timeline and keyframe list, and pick the output shape and smoothing
3. Choose resolution and frame rate, then create and download the MP4

## FAQ

### Will zooming make the picture blurry?

Zooming crops part of the frame and scales it up to the output size. Zooming a 1080p video 2× takes detail from a 960×540 area, so a 1080p output looks softer than the original. The tool warns you when the zoom is large; use 4K footage for big zooms or set the output to 720p.

### How do I make the punch-in zooms common in talking-head videos?

In the Punch-in preset, enter the moments to emphasise (click Add current position while playing), set the zoom (1.2–1.5× looks natural) and the hold time, then click Apply. The zoom centres on the current box, so drag the box near the face first. With a hold of 0, each time toggles between zoomed and full frame.

### Can I turn a landscape video into a vertical one?

Yes. Choose 9:16 as the output shape; the box becomes vertical, and you drag it to follow the subject at the moments you need, with smooth moves in between. To follow faces automatically, use the site’s Reframe tool instead.

### How long does it take, and is my video uploaded?

Export draws and encodes every frame, so a 720p output needs roughly 1–3 seconds per second of video; trim long videos to the part you need first. Everything runs in your browser and the video is never uploaded.
