Turn an article, product reviews, meeting notes or open-ended survey answers into a word cloud and see at a glance what people mention most. Paste text or open a txt, md or csv file: the browser’s built-in segmenter (Intl.Segmenter) splits English and Chinese alike, common stopwords such as “the”, “and” or “的” are removed, and you can set a minimum word length, a maximum word count and your own excluded words. Results land in an editable frequency table where you can rename words, change counts, delete rows or add keywords. The layout uses spiral placement with pixel-level collision detection, so words never overlap. Pick a rectangle, circle, heart, star, diamond or cloud shape — or upload a silhouette or logo for words to fill — plus 8 palettes, 6 fonts, 4 orientation modes and size scaling. ## FAQ

### Why are some words missing from the cloud?

Words are placed from most to least frequent, and when the canvas or shape runs out of room the smallest ones are skipped — the status line tells you how many were placed. Lower the font size range, reduce “Max words”, choose a bigger canvas or a roomier shape, or reduce the word spacing.

### How do I make a word cloud in a custom shape?

Choose “Custom image” as the shape and upload a picture. Dark, opaque areas are filled with words and white or transparent areas stay empty, so black silhouettes, logos and transparent PNGs work best. Tick “Invert” to fill the light areas instead.

### Can I edit the words or their sizes?

Yes. The frequency table on the left drives the cloud: change a word’s count to make it bigger or smaller, fix spelling, merge variants by deleting one and raising the other, or add keywords that are not in the text. Changing the source text or filter options recounts the table.

### Can I edit the SVG afterwards?

Yes. Every word in the SVG is a separate text element with its size, color and rotation, so you can keep editing it in Illustrator, Figma, Inkscape or PowerPoint. The SVG uses system fonts, so glyphs may differ slightly on a computer without the same font — use the PNG when you need a pixel-exact result.
