🌱Habit Tracker Online - Free Streak Tracker with Heatmap
Want to wake up early, exercise, read or practice a language every day? Add each habit and check it off with a single tap. Every habit gets an icon and a color, and its goal can be every day or a flexible target like 3 times per week. The list shows this week’s seven days — tap a circle to check in or undo — together with the current and best streak: daily habits count days and don’t break until today is over, while weekly habits count weeks in which you met the target. Select a habit to see its monthly calendar, backfill days you forgot, and add a note to any day; the stats panel shows total check-ins, this month’s count and completion rates for the last 30 days and since you started. The yearly heatmap, like a GitHub contribution graph, shows one habit or all habits combined. Weeks start on Sunday in English. Your data stays in your browser — export JSON backups or CSV spreadsheets, and import CSV too.

FAQ
- How are streaks counted? Does my streak break if I haven’t checked in yet today?
- For daily habits the streak counts consecutive checked days back from today; if today isn’t checked yet, counting starts from yesterday, so the streak doesn’t break until the day is over. Habits with an N-times-per-week goal count in weeks: a week succeeds when you reach the target, and the streak is the number of successful weeks in a row — again, the current week only counts once it’s met.
- How is the completion rate for a weekly goal calculated?
- Week by week: each week contributes at most its target (extra check-ins don’t add bonus points), divided by the sum of weekly targets. Partial weeks at the start and end of the period get a proportionally smaller target, so a week that has only just begun doesn’t drag your rate down.
- Where is my data stored, and how do I move it to a new phone?
- All habits, check-ins and notes live in your browser’s local storage — nothing is uploaded and no sign-up is needed. Before switching devices, click Export JSON and then Import JSON on the new device to restore everything. Clearing browser data deletes your records, so back up regularly.
- What is the CSV format?
- Each row is one record with the columns date (YYYY-MM-DD), habit (the name), emoji, done (1 or 0) and note, ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. When importing a CSV, rows are matched to habits by name, missing habits are created automatically, and check-ins and notes are merged into your existing data.
