ℹ️Image Info Viewer - Check Image Size, DPI, EXIF Data & GPS Location Online
Find out exactly what is inside an image file. Drop in a picture to see its pixel dimensions, megapixels, aspect ratio (such as 3:2 or ≈16:9), file size, encoding (baseline or progressive JPEG, PNG, lossy or lossless WebP, animated GIF frame count and more), bit depth and color mode, whether it has an alpha channel, its ICC profile, DPI and the matching print size. EXIF data from cameras and phones is read too — camera and lens model, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, focal length, date taken, orientation and GPS coordinates with a map link — along with an RGB and luminance histogram and the average color. The file is only read inside your browser.

FAQ
- Why is there no EXIF data?
- Screenshots, images downloaded from websites and photos sent through most messaging and social apps usually have their EXIF stripped. Use the original file from your camera or phone gallery.
- Can the GPS data in a photo reveal where I live?
- Yes. A photo with GPS coordinates shows exactly where it was taken. Before sharing it publicly, remove the location with the Remove EXIF tool on this site.
- Are my files uploaded to a server?
- No. Everything runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. Files never leave your computer and are discarded when you close the page.
- Do I need to sign up or pay?
- No. The site is completely free, requires no account, has no usage limits and adds no watermarks.
