⚡Mental Math Practice - Timed Math Facts Drills for Kids
Build math fact fluency with quick, game-like rounds made for kids. Pick a mode — the 60-second sprint (how many can you get right?), 20 questions against the clock, or endless practice where the goal is the longest streak — and a level: Easy (+ and − within 10), Medium (+ and − within 20 plus times tables) or Hard (+ and − within 100 plus 2-digit by 1-digit × and ÷), or customise operations, number range, three-number problems and missing-number problems. Questions come from the same engine as the worksheet generator, so there are never negative answers and division always comes out even. Answer with the big on-screen number pad or your keyboard; every answer is marked instantly with the correct answer shown, and streaks light a little flame. At the end you see accuracy, average time per question and best streak, every mistake is listed with a one-click retry, and personal bests are kept in your browser.

FAQ
- Can the problems have negative or fractional answers?
- No. The problems come from the same generator as the printable worksheet tool: every number and answer in addition and subtraction stays within the chosen range, subtraction never goes below zero, division is built backwards from multiplication so it always divides evenly, and every step of a three-number problem is a whole number.
- How are personal bests scored and stored?
- The sprint compares correct answers, the 20-question mode compares total time (with at least 16 correct), and endless mode compares the longest streak — each for its own combination of mode, operations and level. Records live only in this browser’s localStorage, are never uploaded, and can be cleared from the settings screen.
- Can my child use a keyboard?
- Yes. During a round, type digits, press Enter to submit, Backspace to delete and Esc to end the round early. On phones and tablets the large on-screen number pad is easy for small fingers.
- How do I practise the questions I got wrong?
- Every round ends with a list of mistakes showing your answer and the correct one. “Retry mistakes” starts a round with just those problems, which you can repeat until everything is right; retry rounds do not count towards records. For paper practice, use the math worksheet generator on this site.
