🪩Audiogram Maker - Turn Podcast Audio into Waveform Videos
Social feeds want video, not audio. This tool turns a podcast, interview or music clip into an audiogram: a video with an animated visualizer that moves with the sound. Click the waveform to pick a highlight of up to three minutes, with optional audio fades. Choose spectrum bars, mirrored bars, a waveform, a thin line or a circular visualizer around your cover art; the motion comes from a frame-by-frame FFT analysis of your audio, so it really follows the sound. Add cover art (round, with an optional pulse), a title and an episode line, pick a theme with a gradient, solid or blurred-cover background, and show a progress bar with time. Import SRT, LRC or VTT captions, or paste them; times refer to the original audio and are shifted to your clip automatically, and CJK text wraps cleanly. Export 1:1, 9:16 or 16:9 at 720p or 1080p, 24 or 30 fps. Each frame depends only on its analysis data, captions and style, so the H.264 + AAC MP4 matches the preview exactly. Everything runs in your browser; your audio is never uploaded.

FAQ
- Why are clips limited to 3 minutes?
- Every frame is drawn and encoded in your browser: three minutes at 30 fps is 5,400 frames, which takes a few minutes at 720p. Audiograms on social media work best at 30–90 seconds anyway, so pick your strongest moment. For longer content, export several clips.
- My captions are out of sync. What should I do?
- Caption times are read against the original audio and the clip start is subtracted automatically, so import the captions for the whole episode as they are. If your captions already start at the beginning of the clip, set the clip start to 0 or shift the times first in the site’s Subtitle Editor.
- Can I post the video to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube?
- Yes. The export is a standard MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio that every major platform accepts. Use 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, 1:1 for feed posts, and 16:9 for YouTube.
- Is my audio uploaded anywhere?
- No. Decoding, spectrum analysis, frame drawing and FFmpeg encoding all happen in your browser, so the file never leaves your device. Formats the browser can’t decode directly are converted with a local copy of FFmpeg first.
