🎭Audio Effects & Voice Changer - Reverb, Echo, Robot
Want to add reverb to a voice-over, make narration sound like a phone call or walkie-talkie, or turn a voice into a robot or chipmunk? This tool has 17 ready-made effects. Space: hall reverb and room reverb (true convolution with a synthesized decaying-noise impulse response, far more natural than a plain echo) plus echo. Modulation: chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo (volume wobble) and vibrato (pitch wobble). Voice: underwater, robot (phase zeroed in the frequency domain), whisper (randomized phase), chipmunk and deep voice (pitch shift without changing speed). Distortion and retro: telephone (the 300–3400 Hz voice band), walkie-talkie / radio (narrow band, overdrive and hiss), megaphone and 8-bit (reduced bit depth and sample rate). Each effect has one to three adjustable parameters. Render a 10-second preview from any point and flip between the original (A) and the effect (B) with playback kept in sync. When it sounds right, process a whole batch of files and export MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG or OPUS; a limiter prevents clipping.

FAQ
- What is the difference between reverb and echo?
- An echo is a distinct repetition you can hear separately, like shouting across a valley, usually 100 ms or more apart. Reverb is countless dense reflections blending into a sense of space, with no individual repeats. Reverb makes dry vocals fuller — hall reverb suits singing, room reverb suits speech.
- Does the voice changer change the speaking speed?
- No. Chipmunk and deep voice shift pitch without changing tempo: the sample rate is changed to move the pitch, then atempo stretches the audio back to its original length, so timing stays the same. Bigger shifts sound more cartoonish.
- Will the final file sound like the preview?
- Yes — the preview uses exactly the same processing, just on a 10-second clip. The preview does not update automatically when you change settings; the page tells you to render it again. A / B switching keeps the playback position so you can compare line by line.
- Are my files uploaded? Is it free?
- Nothing is uploaded — every effect is computed locally by FFmpeg (WebAssembly) in your browser and discarded when you close the page. The tool is free, with no sign-up, watermark or usage limits.
