🔔Ringtone Maker Online - Make iPhone Ringtones (M4R) and Android Ringtones (MP3) from Any Song
Want your favorite song as your ringtone? Upload it and the tool draws the waveform and auto-selects the loudest 30 seconds — usually the chorus. Drag across the waveform to select a new range, drag the edges to fine-tune, preview with the player below, or type exact times. For iPhone it creates an AAC .m4r file (the same iPod/M4A container iTunes ringtones use) and checks the 40-second limit; for Android choose MP3 or OGG. Add a fade-in and fade-out so the ringtone starts gently and never cuts off abruptly, and normalize loudness so it is loud without clipping. Step-by-step guides are included: on iPhone drag the file into Finder (Mac) or the Apple Devices app / iTunes (Windows), or export it as a ringtone from GarageBand right on the phone; on Android pick the file in Settings or copy it into the Ringtones folder.

FAQ
- How long can an iPhone ringtone be?
- An .m4r synced from a computer (Finder or iTunes) can be up to 40 seconds; longer files will not import. Ringtones exported from GarageBand on the phone are limited to 30 seconds. Keeping the clip at 30 seconds or less works with both methods, and the tool warns you if you go past 40.
- How do I add the ringtone to an iPhone without a computer?
- Save the file to the Files app, open GarageBand, create any project, tap the loop browser icon → Files, import the audio and drag it onto a track. Back in My Songs, long-press the project → Share → Ringtone → Export, then choose “Use sound as… Standard Ringtone”. Recent iOS versions also let you share an audio file from the Files app and choose “Use as Ringtone”.
- How do I set it on Android?
- Download the MP3, then go to Settings → Sound (& vibration) → Phone ringtone and pick the file from your storage. Alternatively copy it into the Ringtones folder over USB. Menu names vary slightly between brands.
- Is my music uploaded? Is it free?
- No — cutting and encoding happen entirely in your browser. The tool is free, with no sign-up, watermark or limits.
