- The picture never moves, so 1 fps looks exactly like 25 fps while needing far less encoding, which means faster renders and smaller files. If a platform complains about the frame rate, switch to 25 fps.

- It is a standard MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio, which YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms accept directly. Use 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok.
