▤Printable Graph Paper - Grid, Dot, Isometric, Staff, Cornell

Need a sheet of graph paper for a function plot, a dot-grid page for your bullet journal or a few pages of blank staff paper? Pick a paper type, tune the settings and print. Fifteen kinds are built in: square grid with an optional heavier line every N cells, dot grid, isometric dots and isometric triangle grid for 3D sketches, hexagonal, polar with angle labels, log–log and semi-log, engineering paper with a name/date strip, music staff with treble, bass or grand-staff clefs, guitar tab, chord boxes, Cornell notes, lined paper in College (9/32″), Wide (11/32″) or Narrow ruling with a red margin line, and calligraphy guides with ascender, x-height, descender and slant lines. Set spacing in millimeters or inches and adjust line weight, colors, margins, paper size (A4, A3, A5, Letter, Legal) and orientation. The PDF is drawn with true vector lines, so it stays razor-sharp at any zoom, files stay tiny, and printing at Actual size gives exact spacing. You can also download an SVG or print directly. Everything runs in your browser.

FAQ

Why is the printed grid slightly smaller than set?
In the print dialog choose Actual size or 100% scale rather than Fit to page or Shrink to fit, which scale the whole page down and shrink the spacing. Also print on the same paper size you selected here — Letter on Letter, A4 on A4. Every line in the exported PDF is placed to the exact millimeter.
Why export a PDF instead of an image?
The PDF isn’t a screenshot: every line and dot is a vector drawing instruction, so it stays sharp at any zoom, files are usually a few kilobytes, and printers render at full resolution. Only header text in non-Latin scripts and music clefs are added as a high-resolution layer; the lines themselves are always vector.
How do I use Cornell notes paper?
The Cornell method splits a page into three parts: take notes in the wide right column during class or reading, write cue words and questions in the narrow left column when you review, and sum the page up in the box at the bottom. The cue column width, summary height and ruling are all adjustable.
The clefs on my staff paper show as boxes — what now?
Clefs use the music-symbol font that ships with your device (Apple Symbols on macOS, Segoe UI Symbol on Windows and so on), and they’re measured and scaled to fit the staff automatically. A few devices lack such a font and show a box instead; set Clef to No clef in that case — the staff lines are unaffected.
