🏫Class Timetable Maker - Free Printable School Schedule
Need a timetable for the new term? Choose your school days (Monday to Friday, Saturday or the full week), then set how many periods you have in the morning, afternoon and evening and their start and end times — lunch and dinner breaks appear as divider rows automatically. Click any cell to enter the class, teacher and room; classes you have already used show up as suggestions. To fill a lot of cells quickly, switch to Quick fill, pick a class as your brush and click cell after cell, or use the eraser to clear them. Each class gets a color from its name, and you can change any color. Turn on “Merge consecutive identical classes” to show double periods as one tall cell. Pick from five themes, including a black-and-white theme for printing, and add a title and term. When you’re done, print on A4 landscape or save as PDF, or export a sharp PNG for your phone. Back up your timetable as JSON, or export CSV, edit it in Excel and import it back. Everything stays in your browser and is never uploaded.

FAQ
- How can I fill a whole timetable quickly?
- Enter each class once in Click-to-edit mode (name, teacher and room), then switch to Quick fill. Click a class chip to make it your brush and click every other cell where that class takes place; choose the eraser to clear cells. You can also export CSV, fill it in Excel using the “Class|Teacher|Room” cell format and import it back.
- How do I merge double periods?
- Turn on “Merge consecutive identical classes”. Periods next to each other on the same day with the same class, teacher and room are joined into one tall cell — in the editor, the printout and the PNG. Periods separated by a lunch or dinner break are never merged. Editing a merged cell updates all of its periods at once.
- How do I print it like the preview?
- Click “Print / Save PDF (A4 landscape)”, choose landscape and 100% scale in the print dialog, and enable Background graphics so the class colors print. Choose Save as PDF for a digital copy. On a black-and-white printer, switch to the Black & white theme for clean, ink-saving cells.
- Is my timetable saved?
- It autosaves in this browser’s local storage, so it’s still there next time, and nothing is uploaded. Before switching devices or browsers, click Export JSON and use Import JSON / CSV on the new device. Clearing your browser data deletes the saved timetable, so keep a backup.
