🗓️ICS Calendar File Generator - Events, Recurrence, Reminders
The easiest way to send a schedule to a group is not a screenshot — it is an .ics file they can double-click straight into their own calendar, reminders and repeats included. This page turns the ICS fields into a form: all-day events, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly recurrence, specific weekdays, a repeat count, and an alarm a set time before the start, with as many events in one file as you need. The result imports into Apple Calendar, Outlook, Google Calendar and phone calendars, and the read mode goes the other way, laying out the events in an .ics someone sent you as a table.

FAQ
- How do I import the file?
- On macOS and Windows, double-click it. Google Calendar takes it under Settings → Import and export. On a phone, open it from mail or chat and choose Open with → Calendar.
- Local time or UTC?
- If everyone is in one time zone, use local time: the file carries no zone and shows the hours you typed. For attendees in other zones pick UTC, which converts from your current device time zone so each calendar can show its own local time.
- How complex can the recurrence be?
- This covers the common cases: every N days, weeks, months or years, specific weekdays, and a total number of repeats. Anything more exotic, such as the last Friday of each month, needs a hand-written RRULE — you can edit the generated text.
- Will importing twice create duplicates?
- No. Events in a file carry a stable UID, and calendars match on it, so a second import updates the event instead of adding another one.
