📬PDF Form Mail Merge - Bulk Fill Forms from CSV, Export Data

Need dozens or hundreds of filled-in copies of the same PDF form — registrations, contracts, certificates, letters? Upload a PDF template with fillable fields, then paste rows copied from Excel or Google Sheets or load a CSV / TSV file (comma, tab and semicolon delimiters are detected automatically, and legacy GBK-encoded exports are handled). Columns are matched to form fields by name and you can adjust the mapping by hand. Checkboxes understand yes / no, true / false, 1 / 0, x, ✓ and their Chinese equivalents; radio groups, dropdowns and list boxes match options ignoring case and full-width characters, and any value that still doesn’t match can be mapped to an option one by one (separate multiple dropdown choices with semicolons). Choose whether to flatten the result (contents become part of the page) or keep a fillable form, and whether to output one PDF per row — named from a template such as {Name}-{#} and zipped — or a single combined PDF; when the form is kept, each copy’s fields get a suffix so they don’t mirror each other. Standard fonts can’t encode Chinese, Japanese or Korean: when flattening, such values are drawn into the field as high-resolution images; when the form is kept, values are stored and the reader renders them with its own fonts. Truncations, unmatched options and similar issues are collected in a warnings CSV. A second mode reads many already-filled PDFs at once and exports every field value to CSV and JSON for analysis. Everything runs locally in your browser.

FAQ

My PDF has no fillable fields — what now?
Mail merge needs form fields (AcroForm) in the template. Add text boxes, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns with Create PDF Form first; naming the fields like your spreadsheet headers lets the columns match automatically. Files with only an XFA dynamic form have the XFA removed and are treated as standard forms.
Will Chinese or other non-Latin text show up blank?
The standard PDF fonts don’t include CJK characters. With Flatten ticked, such values are rendered as high-resolution images in the field area, so every viewer shows them. When the form stays fillable, the values are stored and the file asks the viewer to redraw the fields; Acrobat, Chrome, Edge and most readers use their own fonts, but a few basic viewers may show them blank — flatten in that case.
How should I write checkbox and radio values?
Checkboxes accept yes / no, true / false, 1 / 0, x, ✓ / ✗ and similar. For radio groups and dropdowns, write the option text; differences in case or full-width characters still match. Unusual values can be mapped under Value mapping, e.g. M / F to Male / Female. Values that can’t be matched are skipped and listed in the warnings CSV.
Is my data uploaded? How many copies can I make?
Nothing is uploaded; the template and data are processed in your browser. The limit is mostly your computer’s memory — a few hundred copies is usually fine. A combined PDF can get large, so switch to one PDF per row if needed.
