💒Invitation Maker - Wedding, Birthday & Party Invitations
Planning a wedding, birthday party, baby shower, graduation, business launch, Christmas get-together or Lunar New Year greeting? Choose the occasion to load sample wording and a matching design, then pick from twelve templates drawn in SVG — Chinese red and gold, red fret frame, gold line, floral, watercolor, minimal, modern block, confetti, starry night, balloons, boho arch and lanterns — with your own accent color and font. Fill in the top line, title, hosts or couple, message, date, time, venue and address; the weekday is added automatically, and Chinese cards can show the lunar date too. Paste a Google Maps link, RSVP form or wedding website to add a scannable QR code. Enter a guest list with one name per line to get a personalized card for every guest (“Dear Emma,”), and flip through them in the preview. Choose 5×7 in, A5 or a 9:16 phone format for texting and social apps, then export 300 dpi PNGs, a ZIP with every guest’s card, a multi-page PDF, or print directly — all in your browser.

FAQ
- How do I make a personalized card for each guest?
- Type your guest list with one name per line — for example “Emma Stone” or “The Parker Family” — and set the greeting before and after the name, such as “Dear” and a comma. Each guest gets their own card, which you can flip through in the preview. Export “All PNGs (ZIP)” for numbered image files named after each guest, or a PDF with one page per guest. Leave the list empty for a single card without a name.
- Which size should I use for texting versus printing?
- For WhatsApp, iMessage, WeChat or social media, choose Phone 9:16, which exports a 1080×1920 image that fills a phone screen. For printing, choose 5×7 in — the standard invitation card — or A5. PNGs are 300 dpi and the PDF matches the paper size exactly; print at Actual size for correct dimensions.
- What can the QR code link to?
- Anything with a URL: a Google Maps or Apple Maps location so guests can navigate to the venue, an online RSVP form, a gift registry or your wedding website. You can change the caption under the code, such as “Scan to RSVP”. Leave the field empty if you don’t need one and the layout tightens up automatically.
- Can I use my own colors and fonts?
- Yes. Pick any accent color to recolor the title, dividers and decorations, or reset to the template’s palette. Fonts can follow the template or be switched to serif, sans-serif, script or Chinese Kai. Text uses fonts installed on your device, so export a whole batch from the same computer for consistent results.
