📛Business Card Maker - QR vCard, Print-Ready PDF with Bleed
Need a box of cards from a print shop, or a quick digital card to send to a client? Fill in your name, title, company, phone numbers, email, website, address and WeChat ID, upload a logo, and pick one of nine templates — classic, side band, centered, dark, bottom bar, corner, split, divider and QR-on-front — in landscape or portrait. The back can carry your brand color or white with your logo, company name and tagline. Put a QR code on the front or back: by default it’s a vCard, so anyone can scan it with a phone camera and save you as a contact, or switch to a custom URL. Sizes include US 3.5×2 in, European 85×55 mm, Chinese 90×54 mm and Japanese 91×55 mm, with adjustable colors and fonts and a preview of the bleed and safe area. Export a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed, crop marks and TrimBox/BleedBox at 300 dpi, an A4 sheet with 10 cards per page and a mirrored back for duplex printing, or 600 dpi PNGs — all generated in your browser.

FAQ
- What are bleed and crop marks?
- Cards are trimmed after printing, and the blade can drift by a fraction of a millimetre. Bleed extends the background 3 mm beyond the card edge so a slightly off cut never shows a white sliver; crop marks are short lines outside the bleed that show where to cut. The print-ready PDF includes both, with TrimBox and BleedBox set, so most print shops accept it as is. Keep text and logos inside the blue safe area.
- What does the QR code contain?
- By default it’s a vCard with your name, company, title, phone, email, website and address; scanning it with a phone camera offers to add you to contacts. Switch to Custom text / URL to link to a portfolio, booking page or LinkedIn profile instead. Long content makes the code denser, so keep the details concise if it looks crowded.
- Can I print the cards at home?
- Yes. Export the A4 sheet PDF: it places 10 landscape cards (9 portrait) per page for perforated card stock or heavy paper, and the second page is the back, already mirrored. Print double-sided with “flip on long edge” at Actual size so the two sides line up, then cut along the crop marks.
- Is the PDF vector? Is it sharp enough?
- Exports are rendered as high-resolution images in your browser: 300 dpi for the print PDF and 600 dpi for PNGs, which is sharp enough for standard card printing and on-screen use. Text uses fonts installed on your device, so letter shapes may vary slightly between computers — export a whole batch from the same machine.
