📌Online Kanban Board - Free Drag-and-Drop Task Board, No Sign-up
Split your work into To do, In progress and Done and see where everything stands at a glance. Create as many boards as you like (work, study, moving house…), add, rename, reorder or delete columns, and give cards descriptions, labels, due dates and checklists — overdue and due-today cards are highlighted. On a computer, drag cards between columns or up and down with the mouse; on a phone, press and drag the ⋮⋮ handle on the left of a card. If dragging isn’t convenient, focus a card and press Alt + arrow keys, or use the arrow buttons on the card. Search and label filters sit at the top. Everything autosaves in your browser with no sign-up; export a JSON backup to move boards to another device, or export Markdown to paste into notes and reports.

FAQ
- Where is my data stored, and how do I move it to another computer?
- Boards are saved automatically in your browser’s local storage and never uploaded, so there’s no account and nothing leaves your device. Before switching computers or browsers, click Export JSON and use Import JSON on the new device. Clearing browser data deletes boards, so export a backup of anything important.
- Can I drag cards on a phone?
- Yes. So that normal scrolling still works, press and drag the ⋮⋮ handle on the left edge of a card; the board scrolls sideways when you drag near its edges. You can also open a card and move it with the arrow buttons or the Column menu in the editor.
- Can I use it without a mouse?
- Yes. Tab to a card and press Enter to edit it. Alt + Left/Right moves it to the neighbouring column and Alt + Up/Down changes its position; focus stays on the card, so you can keep moving it.
- What does the Markdown export look like?
- Each column becomes a level-two heading and each card a task-list item (cards in the last column are ticked as done). Labels appear as inline code and the due date follows the title with 📅, while the description (as a quote) and checklist are indented underneath — ready to paste into Obsidian, Notion, GitHub or a status report.
