💴Free Invoice, Quotation & Receipt Generator - Print to PDF
Freelancers, small shops and agencies often need a clean invoice, quote or receipt without signing up for accounting software. Fill in your details and your client’s, upload a logo, and add line items with quantity, unit, price, discount and tax rate — every line, the subtotal, discounts, tax per rate and the grand total are calculated as you type. Prices can be entered tax-inclusive, and you can add shipping and an amount already paid to show the balance due. The live A4 preview offers Classic, Modern and Minimal templates with any accent color, documents can be in English or Chinese (with the amount in Chinese capitals if you need it), and 15 common currencies are built in. Click “Print / Save as PDF” to get a PDF. Note that these are commercial documents, not government-certified tax invoices such as China’s VAT fapiao.

FAQ
- Is this a legal tax invoice?
- It produces standard commercial documents — invoices, quotes, receipts and proforma invoices — that you can send to clients. It is not a government-issued or tax-authority-certified invoice (for example China’s VAT fapiao), and it doesn’t give tax advice, so check which details your local rules require (such as tax IDs or invoice numbering) and add them in the fields provided.
- How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
- Click “Print / Save as PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” as the printer in your browser’s print dialog. Under More settings, turn off “Headers and footers” and turn on “Background graphics” so the Modern template’s colored header is kept.
- How are discounts and taxes calculated?
- Each line is quantity × unit price, minus its discount percentage. Tax is then added at the line’s rate, or — with “Prices include tax” turned on — backed out of the amount so the total stays the same. Taxes are summed per rate, and every value is rounded to the currency’s decimal places (none for JPY, KRW and TWD).
- Is my data uploaded? Can I reuse a template?
- Nothing is uploaded — calculations and layout happen in your browser, and the draft (including logo and signature images) is saved in local storage. Use “Export JSON” to back up a document or keep it as a reusable template for a client, and “Import JSON” to load it on another device.
