📆Printable Calendar Maker - Free Yearly & Monthly Calendars

Make a wall calendar for the new year, a photo calendar as a gift, or a planning sheet for your team. Pick a year and generate either a year-at-a-glance page with all 12 months or one page per month. Weeks can start on Monday or Sunday, and you can add ISO or US week numbers. Holidays and festivals are shown by default, and you can also turn on Chinese lunar dates, the 24 solar terms and China’s official holiday schedule with its make-up workdays. Add custom events — birthdays, anniversaries, exams, deadlines — and mark them as yearly to repeat every year; they appear as colored text in monthly pages and as circled dates in the yearly view. In monthly mode you can upload a photo for each month, placed on top in portrait or on the left in landscape and cropped to fill. Choose from six color themes, set your own accent color and font, and lay out on A4, A3 or Letter paper in portrait or landscape. Print directly or save as PDF with exactly one page per sheet, or export every page as a PNG at 96–300 dpi. Everything is generated locally and your photos are never uploaded.

FAQ

How do I print it exactly like the preview?
Click Print / Save as PDF, then choose the same paper size and orientation as in the tool, set margins to None (or Minimum), keep scale at 100% and enable Background graphics so colored fills print. Each page is laid out to the exact paper size, so you get one calendar page per sheet; choose Save as PDF for a digital copy.
Which holidays are shown?
Common festivals such as New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas are included, along with Chinese festivals like the Spring Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival. China’s official “off / make-up work” schedule is shown for the years already announced (listed at the bottom of the page). Lunar dates cover 1901–2100 and solar terms are computed astronomically.
Can I make a photo calendar?
Yes. Switch to Monthly (one page per month) and upload a photo for any month under Photo per month. In portrait the photo sits at the top of the page and in landscape on the left; it is cropped to fill without stretching. Use landscape-oriented photos at least 1500 pixels wide, and export PNGs at 300 dpi if you plan to print at a shop.
Are my settings and photos saved?
Layout, colors and custom events autosave in your browser, so they are there next time. Photos are not saved because they are large — upload them again when you come back. Nothing is uploaded to a server; the calendar is generated entirely in your browser.
