🏅Certificate Maker - Batch Award Certificates to PDF, Free

End-of-term awards, competitions or team recognition — and dozens of certificates to make? Pick a template: a classic red Chinese-style award with ornamental corners, a gold honor certificate, a modern certificate with a medal emblem, or a simple bordered design, in A4 landscape or portrait with any main color. Paste your list with one name per line, or as “name, award”, or paste a table copied from Excel with a header row containing “name”; any other column, such as class, can be used in the text as {class}. The {name} and {award} placeholders are replaced for each person, with a default award for anyone who has none. Add a generated round seal with your organization’s name around the edge and a star in the middle, or upload a seal image, plus a logo and a full-page background. Preview each certificate, then export them all as one PDF (one page per person) or as a ZIP of PNGs at 150–300 dpi for printing. Everything is rendered in your browser — names and images are never uploaded.

FAQ

How should I format the list of names?
One name per line uses the default award for everyone. Write “Bob Smith,Most Improved” to give someone a different award. You can also paste a whole table from Excel with a header row: a column called “name” is required, an “award” column is detected automatically, and any other column such as “class” can be used in the text as {class}.
Is the generated seal an official stamp?
No. The round seal is a decorative graphic that makes a digital certificate look complete; it has no legal effect. For official certificates, stamp the printed copy with your organization’s real seal or upload a seal image you are authorized to use. Never use this tool to imitate another organization’s seal or documents.
Is the PDF good enough to print?
Each page is rendered at A4 size and placed in the PDF — 200 dpi by default, or 300 dpi for print-shop quality (larger files). In the print dialog choose the same orientation as the certificate and set scale to Actual size or 100%. Print one test page first if you are printing onto pre-designed certificate paper.
Why do fonts look slightly different on another computer?
Certificates are drawn with fonts installed on your device, such as serif and script fonts, so text always renders. Windows, macOS and phones ship different fonts, so letter shapes may vary a little while the layout stays the same. Check the preview before exporting, and export a whole batch on the same computer for a consistent look.
