✉️Envelope & Address Label Printer - Mail Merge from CSV
Sending invitations, samples or letters to a list of people, or labelling boxes and files? Paste your address list from Excel or as CSV (commas and tabs are detected, and the first row can be a header), then click fields to build a template such as “{name}”, “{street}”, “{city}, {state} {zip}” — a line whose fields are all empty is dropped automatically. Envelope mode supports DL, C6, C5, C4 and US #10 envelopes plus Chinese standard No. 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9 envelopes with six red postcode boxes and a stamp box. Label mode includes common A4 sheets such as L7160 (3×7), L7163 (2×7), L7159 (3×8), L7654 (4×10) and L7651 (65 up), and US Letter 5160, 5161 and 5163, or define your own page, grid, label size, margins and gaps. Print several copies per record, start part-way through a used sheet, and let text shrink to fit. Pages print at exact millimetre sizes with a horizontal and vertical offset for printer calibration, or export a PDF — all processed in your browser.

FAQ
- My labels print slightly off — how do I fix it?
- In the print dialog pick the same paper size as the sheet or envelope, set scale to Actual size / 100%, and turn off Fit to page and headers/footers. Then print one page on plain paper and hold it over the label sheet against the light. If text sits too far right, set a negative horizontal offset; too low, a negative vertical offset — 0.5 mm at a time. The offset is saved in this browser.
- Which label preset matches my sheets?
- Check the product code on the pack: L7160 is 21 labels of 63.5×38.1 mm, L7163 is 14 labels of 99.1×38.1 mm, L7651 is 65 labels of 38.1×21.2 mm, and Avery 5160 is 30 labels of 2⅝×1 in on US Letter. If there’s no code, measure one label, the distance from the top and left edges to the first label, and the gaps between labels, and enter them under Custom.
- Can I reuse a partly used sheet?
- Yes. Set Skip used labels to the label number where printing should start — for example 7 if the first two rows of a 3-column sheet are gone. Labels are numbered left to right, top to bottom, and earlier positions stay blank. Use Copies per record when you need several labels for the same address.
- Is my address list uploaded anywhere?
- No. Parsing, layout, printing and PDF export all happen in your browser. Your settings and the pasted list are saved only in this browser’s local storage so they’re there next time; clear the text box to remove the list.
